DESCRIPTION 

Rebound Real Estate identified the redevelopment opportunity of the recently closed Sawmill Inn and restaurant. The team focused on creating a mixed-use development that will bring a tremendous economic boast to a prominent site along Highway 169.  After demolition of the existing structures, this site is targeted for hotel, commercial, retail, and office uses.  Currently in development are Best Western Plus hotel, Starbucks, and T-Mobile retail store.  In addition, there are three remaining parcels available for sale or build to suit opportunities in this development complex
