DESCRIPTION
The goal of the project is to revitalize an under-utilized site and create an urban living project in downtown Northfield. To make the desired site work, the project team was tasked with moving an existing financial institution to a higher profile location.
The building consists of long lasting building materials creating a façade that is modern yet has historical elements. The interior includes one level of parking that will serve both the community as well as residents. The main level entrance will activate the corner of Fifth and Washington. The main level will consist of the lobby, office and fitness facilities for the building with an elevated resident deck located on the fourth floor.
